The short is a comic relief special about spider-plant man, with cameo appearances by Robin and Batman who drives not his "Bat Mobile" but "Bat Creo".
It short is filled with typical British humour, not all of it funny, sometimes it got a little annoying even, but it finished off with a pretty good ending.
